Bio

Having personally rented, bought and sold homes in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, New Jersey and Maine, Pauline and Reed moved to Saint Augustine from Maine via Pensacola in1985 and entered the field of Real Estate. In May of 1990, they felt it was time, after gaining experience in three different real estate franchised offices, to open their own office and named it ALPHA Realty Services, Inc., representing a new beginning. ALPHA Realty Services, Inc. is experienced in Listing and Selling, as well as Rental and Property Management. The team at ALPHA looks forward to assisting you with your new beginning in Saint Johns County, Florida, whether it be a retirement home or your first home, ALPHA has the expertise and the customer service you need and deserve. Having raised four sons, they are family oriented and their accent is truly on service.

Bio

Both my husband and I were born in New York City and have lived in many states (New York, Massachusetts, Georgia, Texas, and Florida) and countries (Ireland, France, Great Britain and Saudi Arabia).

I started in Real Estate in 1984 and became a broker in 1996. I also have degrees in Horticulture and Emergency Medicine (paramedic). My hobbies include fishing, gardening and reading mystery books.

We were fortunate to find St. Augustine in 1979. Coming from the Northeast, St. Augustine seemed like paradise with its temperate climate and old world charm. Both my husband and I believe in helping our community and volunteer our time between local organizations, such as the American Legion, BPO Elks, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Eagles and St. Augustine Yacht Club. My husband is a retired captain from the United States Coast Guard and TWA.
